Hey everyone, thought I’d write a little something about myself…

At the moment I’m a senior at Harvard College, where I’ve been studying physics. I’ll (hopefully!) graduate in about a month. For a long time I thought I wanted to go to physics grad school and eventually become a professor, but I’ve decided that I’m just not cut out to be an academic.

I haven’t really figured out what I’d like to do instead, so this coming year should be kind of interesting. Starting in August I’ll be living with some roommates from college in an apartment in Boston. Two of them have fancy finance jobs, one’ll be doing astrophysics research with a professor here at Harvard, and I’ll… play poker?

Hmm we’ll see. I think I could be pretty good at poker but it’s a little early to tell. I’ll probably wind up working at a Starbucks for the benefits, and just play tons of poker in my spare time. I’ll keep everyone updated on how things are going.
